**Join Us as a Human Resources Business Partner - Paris Hub**

Are you a collaborative and proactive HR professional ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for a **Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)** to join our Paris Hub team and support our mission of fostering a high-performing, inclusive, and people-centric workplace.

**About the Role**

As an HRBP, you’ll be the go-to partner for Paris-based employees and managers (excluding ELT & GLT), delivering front-line HR operational support and driving the implementation of Ipsen’s HR strategy. You’ll play a key role in enhancing employee engagement, supporting HR cycles, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and global standards.

**What You’ll Do**
- Provide day-to-day HR support including onboarding, policy guidance, job changes, and wellness initiatives
- Partner with line managers and COEs to implement HR programs aligned with business needs
- Coordinate HR cycles such as performance management, salary reviews, and talent development
- Support employee relations in collaboration with Social/Labor Relations and Legal teams
- Ensure accurate HRIS data and coordinate with Personnel Administration Shared Services
- Contribute to recruitment efforts and workforce planning in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Monitor and improve the effectiveness of HR initiatives and processes

**What You Bring**
- Master’s degree in human resources management
- Extensive professional background, with significant experience as an HR Generalist in an international environment
- Solid knowledge of personnel administration, employee relations, and compensation & benefits
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data reporting
- Fluent in French and English
