For one of our clients, we're looking for Product Managers who are keen to learn, discover new environments and work with a team of enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, curious and pragmatic Product Managers, Product Designers and Agilists

Tasks

**As a Junior/Mid Product Manager, your role will be to**:

- Help your customers define, prioritise and challenge their needs.
- Analyse the impact and write user stories - Lead agile ceremonies Sprint planning / Retro / Review
- Ensure the follow-up of the Sprints & participate in the Acceptance
- Manage the various committees, progress reports, etc.
- You will also be responsible for participating in the development and life of the agency: running workshops, creating and leading training sessions, developing a community...

**Requirements**:

- They are looking for profiles with at least 2 years of significant experience as a Product Owner/PM in a major account, a start-up or a consultancy.
- You can explain what agility, discovery and a lean approach are, and you believe they are effective
- You have worked as a product owner on web, mobile and SaaS products.
- You are constantly looking for new tools and product concepts
- You enjoy working as part of a team, sharing best practices and recommendations with colleagues
- You can identify areas for improvement in the organisation and processes to improve performance.
- You speak English fluently
