The Performance Analyst will play a key role in providing insights to support data-driven decision-making to improve internal processes and customer experience. - What you’ll bring_- Previous experience in a Performance Analyst or similar role within a call centre environment is preferred.- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, R, Python, SQL, or similar).- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. - What’s in it for you_ As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
