THE ROLE
Within the Ports and Terminals department, you are in charge of developing and guaranteeing the accuracy of the terminal databases. These databases cover all the necessary and relevant information for all vessel calls in any given port.
RESPONSIBILITIES
**As a Ports & Terminals Project Analyst you**:
Have to make sure, through communication with local agents, that the terminal data is available and reliable
**Develop and implement data monitoring tools by**:
Collecting and organizing data from different sources
Creating dashboards (through QlikSense for example) in order to analyze this data
Create operational reports and reviews for management
Are one of the prefered interlocutor for our agencies network worlwide.
PROFILE & COMPETENCIES
Graduated from a Master's Degree
Experience in data analysis, very good knowledge of IT tools and database
Knowledge of shipping line and container terminal operations would be beneficial for this position
Fluent in English, a fair level of French is appreciated but not mandatory
Able to work with and develop good relationships with local agents, good team spirit and communication skills.
