To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: **Key Responsibilities**: ***Project Management**: Lead and manage digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, from key users to senior management and across departments, to ensure project alignment and transparency. **Scope Management**: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure all projects adhere to these parameters. **Resource Allocation**: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met. **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. **Quality Assurance**:Ensure all digital projects meet the highest quality standards and align with GMSQ guidelines and objectives. **Reporting**: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management. **Budget Management**: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and effectively to meet project goals. **Your profile**: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience delivering digital projects on time and in full as a project manager. Proven experience in managing digital projects within the industrial or regulated industry. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management software and digital tools. Experience with change management and agile methodology. Fluent in English and French. Preferred skills: PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Experience in the manufacturing, supply chain, and quality domain. Experience with MES, LES, LIMS, or ERP systems.
