In this context, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, reporting to the France HR Director, you will play a key role in attracting and recruiting the talent that will contribute to our ambition. **Responsibilities**: - Define and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and recruit the best talent to meet Ceva's needs in France. - Work with department heads and HR BP to understand and proactively address their recruitment needs. - Take charge of specific recruitments, particularly senior management positions. - Cascade the employer brand in France by defining a local deployment strategy aligned with the global employer value proposition. - Analyze performance indicators and propose improvements to optimize the recruitment process. - Monitor French job market trends and recruitment best practices. - Build and lead strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, universities, job boards, etc. - Manage and supervise a team of recruiters, ensuring their professional development and the achievement of their objectives. - Contribute to global projects and their implementation in France, by structuring the change support plan in France, particularly for managers. **Your profile**: We're looking for a Talent Acquisition & Employer Brand expert who has worked in an industrial environment, ideally in the healthcare sector.
