**Transdev is hiring a VIE - Costing & Financial Modeling Manager (W/M)**
**Destination/ Roadmap**
You are an EU Citizen, with a strong willingness to have an international assignment in a growing organization leader on its segment?
Transdev Group, headquartered in France, is looking for a Modeling Project Manager, to be based in Singapore.
Within the Transdev Group's International Department, you will report and work closely with the Senior Vice President in charge of Asia, Middle East & Africa on a wide range of Mobility development projects in the region : Commuter Rail, Metro, Bus Rapid Transit Systems and buses, etc.
Associated to multiple projects in the region and International Zone, with the support of Group support teams from all over the world & local partners, you play a key role in the conduct and orientations given to the projects.
You will be in charge of the development, management, adaptation and evolution of the model(s) necessary to formulate and validate competitive commercial offers for international transport system operation and/or maintenance projects.
**Missions**
Within the teams in charge of the production of the offers and in collaboration with the support services (technical, finance, tax, etc.), you will integrate the different components of the projects to achieve the implementation of complete models, easily scalable and allowing the production of prices taking into account all the assumptions (technical, finance, tax, risk, working capital, profitability, inflation, cash flows, etc.). You will maintain the list of business ratios / assumptions necessary for the production and comparison of offers over time.
Responsibility to develop, document, update and maintain comprehensive models (cost model, financial model) for the submission of offers.
- Costing model (operating costs, energy, maintenance, overhead, financing requirements, contingencies related to risk profile, taxes, etc.)
- Financial model (FM) and its Assumption book in coordination with financial advisor (if any). FM will include the Form Sheets required by the Client and for Transdev’s internal approval (including but not limited to BS, P&L and CF forecasts). Payment Mechanism including various components of payment formula between Client & Private Party(ies)
- Such models will be used for assessing projects’ economic return
- Internal presentation for decision-making committees.
- Sensitivity & scenarios analysis
Responsibility for providing effective support to the teams involved in the bid to provide the required reports and respond in writing to any requests for clarification (internal and external).
Supporting the teams and the Bid Director in refining the payment mechanisms and associated risks.
Specific responsibility for managing financial model support (if any).
Responsible for the assumption book & alignment with costing & financial models
Contributing to the preparation of required documents for internal & external committees
**Required Education and Experience**
Master’s degree (BAC+5) specialized in related field (ideally Masters in Finance (PGE) or Engineer with specialization or experience in finance).
