Nestlé Waters Premium Beverage is looking for its future Structural Cost Controller to join its dynamic team. As a Structural Cost Controller, you will play a critical role in the strategic planning, management, and control of Category Overhead Expenses across various markets and central functions. You will be responsible for:

• Contributing to strategy development for the category organization and support in the implementation of strategic initiatives
• Conducting in-depth analyses of overhead costs across central functions and markets to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization
• Preparing comprehensive financial reports for stakeholders
• Collaborating with HR teams to optimize human resources budgets
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Maintaining the integrity of financial data and cost structures
• Proposing cost-saving initiatives and fostering continuous improvement
• Participating in budget planning and financial forecasting

ABOUT YOU:

• Extensive experience in Finance (Costing, Planning & Reporting, Internal Audit or Accounting). Prior Experience in Costing preferred.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work independently
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
• Proven capability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial tools and reporting systems
• Proactive approach and strong sense of initiative
• Fluent English is a requirement

VOTRE MISSION, SI VOUS L'ACCEPTEZ :

Nestlé Waters Premium Beverage recherche son futur Contrôleur des coûts structurels pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique. En tant que Contrôleur des coûts structurels, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la planification stratégique, la gestion et le contrôle des dépenses de structure de la catégorie, sur différents marchés et fonctions centrales. Vos responsabilités incluent :

• Contribuer au développement de la stratégie de l'organisation de la catégorie et soutenir la mise en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques
• Réaliser des analyses approfondies des coûts de structure sur les fonctions centrales et les marchés afin d'identifier les tendances, les écarts et les opportunités d'optimisation des coûts
• Préparer des rapports financiers complets à destination des parties prenantes
• Collaborer avec les équipes RH pour optimiser les budgets de ressources humaines
• Veiller au respect des normes comptables et des politiques de l'entreprise
• Maintenir l'intégrité des données financières et des structures de coûts
• Proposer des initiatives d'économies et encourager l'amélioration continue
• Participer à la planification budgétaire et aux prévisions financières

A PROPOS DE VOUS:

• Expérience significative en finance (contrôle des coûts, planification et reporting, audit interne ou comptabilité). Expérience préalable en contrôle des coûts appréciée.
• Excellentes compétences analytiques et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication et présentation
• Capacité avérée à collaborer et à influencer les parties prenantes
• Maîtrise des outils financiers et des systèmes de reporting
• Approche proactive et sens prononcé de l'initiative
• Maîtrise de l'anglais requise
