Dans le cadre de son développement, l'entreprise recherche un(e) Marketing Manager pour structurer et coordonner ses activités marketing. Sous la supervision directe de la direction, vous serez chargé(e) de:
Développer et exécuter une stratégie marketing alignée avec les objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
Gérer et animer une communauté internationale d'investisseurs et d'entrepreneurs, en ligne et lors d'événements physiques.
Superviser la présence digitale de l'entreprise sur les réseaux sociaux et les plateformes de communication.
**Organiser et coordonner des événements en Europe**: webinaires, conférences et rencontres stratégiques.
**Formation**: Diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce avec une spécialisation en marketing.
**Expérience**: 3 à 4 ans d'expérience en marketing, idéalement dans l'animation de communautés, les fonds d'investissement, les incubateurs/accélérateurs de startups ou les banques privées.
**Compétences**: Excellente maîtrise des outils de marketing numérique, de la production audiovisuelle et des réseaux sociaux. Expérience confirmée dans l'organisation d'événements à l'international.
**Langues**: Anglais courant à l'oral et à l'écrit (niveau natif idéal).
