We are seeking a Marketing Communications Manager to join our METER Marketing team

In this role, you will be responsible for the organization and implementation of various events, tradeshows, and congresses in the METER cluster. Cooperating closely with the Product Managers, you will also be responsible for the creation of multichannel communication campaigns by advising and assisting them, managing the campaigns throughout their lifecycle, and coming up with the communication plan that will be integrated in the METER marketing plan. This role is also responsible for the production of marketing collaterals such as articles, brochures, flyers, testimonials, videos.

The position collaborates closely with global and local marketing including subsidiaries, domestic, export distributors and cross-functional teams to implement digital marketing and communication plan.

This position will be based in Lyon (France) or Istanbul (Turkey) with travel expected within METER and abroad (approximately 20%)

**What will your responsibilities be within bioMérieux?**
- Act as the main point of contact of the global MarCom Team and the communication/creative agencies
- Work on the communications strategy, contribute to the definition and implementation of the communications plan in METER Cluster
- Develop content, media, and tools for external and internal communications in liaison with the franchises and in alignment with the communication plan
- Support franchises and partners in digital channels so that their production is aligned with the communication strategy
- Advise and demonstrate best practices and whenever applicable, challenge the internal team and partners in terms of multichannel campaigns
- Design, manage and coordinate specific internal and external events
- Work closely with Marketeers across METER on post-event management in term of tactics for lead management and ROI models
- Coordinate the activities linked to the organization of campaign planning brainstorming workshops, manages the projects of campaign execution, communicates on the status, risks and corrective actions of those communication campaigns
- Manage the platform Showpad under a content standpoint and makes sure that all material intended to be posted in it be structured around “pre-sales/sales/post-sales” and used properly by our teams and partners
- Budgetary follow-up of the communication/digital marketing activities (Report periodically under the format of a summary dashboard the progress status of the different projects and their associated budgetary follow-up, paying attention to the gap between actual vs. forecasted)

**Who are you?**
- Degree in Business, or Master in Business Administration with specialization in Communication
- 5 years of experience in multichannel communication. Very good knowledge in strategy of multichannel marketing communication (Printed, Events, Digital) as well as in its execution. A good expertise in innovative marketing communications tactics and social network is a must
- 2 years of experience coordinating complex projects
- Perfect proficiency in Digital Communication
- Very good knowledge of marketing processes.
- Excellent communication skills, focused on our customer needs
- Analytical spirit and problem-solving capabilities
- Team spirit, and ability to integrate him/herself in the cradle of a very dynamic team
- Proficiency in English. Russian, Arabic and/or Turkish Language is a plus.
