We are seeking a motivated and eager Intern to join our team. The Intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in a professional setting, working alongside experienced professionals and contributing to Travel and Car fleet management.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills, develop customer relationship skills, and build a professional network through our external partners

**Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Assist with assigned tasks and projects, contributing to the team's overall goals.
- Manage, treat and dispatch tickets for Travel and Car fleet (Tickets level 1 and 2)
- Handle supplier relations for travel (Egencia) and the vehicle fleet
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports as needed.
- Potential participation in Hotel and Air contract renegotiations

- Proficient in Google Office Suite/Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
