Position Summary
As a Freelance Junior Photo Producer at Slate Studios, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating and executing high-end photo shoots for our luxury fashion and beauty clients. Working closely with our senior producers, creative directors, photographers, and clients, you will ensure that each project runs smoothly from conception to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a passion for the luxury fashion and beauty industries to work in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
**Project Coordination**:

- Assist in planning and organizing photo shoots, including timelines, locations, and resources.
- Coordinate with photographers, stylists, makeup artists, models, and other creative professionals to ensure seamless execution of shoots.

**Logistics Management**:

- Handle booking and scheduling for locations, equipment rentals, and other necessary services.
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for on-location shoots when necessary.

**Client Liaison**:

- Serve as a point of contact for clients, understanding their vision and ensuring their requirements are met.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and gather feedback throughout the production process.

**Budget Assistance**:

- Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

**On-Site Support**:

- Provide on-site assistance during photo shoots to handle any issues that arise and ensure the shoot stays on schedule.

**Post-Production Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure timely delivery of final images.
- Assist in organizing and archiving project files and assets.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain organized records of all projects, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
- Assist with administrative duties as needed to support the production team.

**Trend Monitoring**:

- Stay updated on the latest trends in luxury fashion and beauty photography to contribute innovative ideas to projects.

**Requirements**:
**Location**:

- Must be based in Paris, France, and available to work on-site for specific projects.

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Fashion, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a production or assistant role within the luxury fashion or beauty industries is preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Basic understanding of photography production processes and terminology.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
