**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for passionate people with experiences with facilitation excellence, training, user experience management, change management, project management that align with customer expectations and drive consumption.
- Support Adoption and Workflow Integration: Assist clinicians in incorporating solutions into their daily routines. Join/perform workflow analysis sessions and customize training methods to fit specific clinical settings.
- Evaluate Training Outcomes: Monitor post-training utilization and adoption rates to measure effectiveness.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Authority
- Work alongside project teams to ensure training aligns with organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
- Promote an Engaging Learning & Inclusive Atmosphere
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 2+ years experience in information technology (IT) training/consulting/support, technology solutions, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.
English Language Proficiency.
**Additional qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of clinical workflows and EHR systems.
- Adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Communication and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
**Other requirements**
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
