Senior Manager, Consolidation and Reporting

**What You'll Do**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Consolidation:

- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for Criteo’s global entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements and reports in accordance with US GAAP, ensuring adherence to internal and external reporting requirements.
- Prepare SOX related controls
- Lead IFRS consolidation on an annual basis
- Reporting:

- Lead the preparation of consolidated financial reports, including management reports and presentations to VPs and CFO.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across finance teams to ensure reporting and variance analysis is comprehensive and operational. Set up clear processes to gather required information on a timely basis.
- Partner with the finance teams to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data.
- Accounting Policies and Compliance:

- Partner with our Technical Accounting team to document relevant policies and procedures to ensure compliance with latest US GAAP.
- Stay current on changes in accounting regulations and assess their impact on the organization, including both US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Team Leadership:

- Mentor and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and financial decision-making.
- Audit and Liaison:

- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external audits related to consolidation and reporting processes.
- Address audit findings and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Partner with auditors to improve and enhance audit process also through technology and clear organization of back up
- Process Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the consolidation and reporting functions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Implement automated reporting solutions.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a strong focus on consolidation and financial reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and familiarity with international accounting standards (IFRS).
- Ability to multi-task and strong organization skills.
- Proven experience in managing financial consolidations in a multinational environment. Previous experience leading consolidation in a public company is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of SAP, BFC and Workiva is a strong plus
- Familiarity with ERP or EPM implementation is a strong plus
