**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual for our FP&A Finance Internship program. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, supporting critical decision-making processes within our dynamic organization. The intern will work closely with the FP&A team to provide insights and analysis that contribute to the strategic objectives of GE Vernova.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial forecasts, budgets, and reports.
- Support the FP&A team in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and insights.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions and support ad-hoc financial analysis projects.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
