We are seeking the talents of a Marketing Assistant in the International Development team (M/F) to join us on a 6-month internship or alternance and contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey. The position is based in Paris and starts as soon as possible.

Your missions will be the following:
Commercial Planning
- Help imagine and help create new commercial projects for regional markets
- Assist with the execution of the local commercial calendar
- Help develop marketing projects to grow the notoriety of the brand in the zone

Retail Marketing
- Assist with retail marketing activations, animations, and partnerships
- Assist with the production of retail events
- Assist with the marketing plan for new boutique and pop-up openings
- Manage retail scenography

Influence Marketing
- Accompany the region's Senior Marketing Manager with the execution of influencer partnerships and campaigns
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of influencer collaborations
- Execute the production of influence and press events
- Help source new KOLS and imagine creative briefs for each profile

Reporting
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and daily reporting for the market

**Requirements**:

- Previous marketing or project management experience
- C2 or fluent in English and a good knowledge of French to work in a French-speaking environment.
- Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
- A good grasp of the regional landscape: UK and Scandinavia
- Fast learner and able to adapt to a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment
- Organized, structured, and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- A creative mind with a passion for fashion and brand development
