**À propos de BVCTS**
BVCTS est un bureau d'étude reconnu à l'échelle nationale pour son expertise **en sécurité des structures temporaires** (scènes, chapiteaux, gradins, etc.). Nous accompagnons nos clients dans l’évaluation et la conformité de leurs installations.

Dans le cadre de notre développement commercial, nous recherchons un(e) **alternant(e) commercial(e) motivé(e)**, avec une **appétence pour la prospection téléphonique**, afin de renforcer notre équipe.

**Responsabilités**
- Identifier et qualifier de nouveaux prospects sur l’ensemble du territoire français (secteurs événementiel, collectivités, entreprises du BTP, etc.)
- Réaliser des campagnes de prospection téléphonique (appels sortants)
- Présenter les prestations de BVCTS de manière claire et convaincante
- Mettre à jour et enrichir la base de données clients / CRM
- Participer à la rédaction d’offres commerciales simples ou prises de rendez-vous pour les chargés d'affaires
- Suivre et relancer les prospects pour maximiser les opportunités commerciales

**Profil recherché**
- Vous préparez une formation Bac +4 en commerce, négociation ou relation client
- Vous êtes à l’aise à l’oral et aimez convaincre
- Vous avez un excellent relationnel, le sens de l’écoute et de la persévérance
- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et autonome
- Une première expérience en téléprospection est un plus
- **Rémunération**: Salaire minimum conventionnel selon l'âge et le niveau d'études
- **Contrat**: Alternance - 35h/semaine
