**Position**:
LVMH Beauty Tech is the IT/IS team dedicated to LVMH’s Beauty Division. We are 1000+ experts in 27 countries to build, support and operate solutions that provide innovation and business value to each LVMH Beauty Maisons such as Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Loewe, Benefit, etc.

We provide new technical and innovative solutions, adapted to the challenges of our 15 Maisons, taking into consideration their specificities, while following a shared and mutualized model.

In order to support the fast-paced growth of the Beauty Division, we commenced a significant transformation that will contribute to accelerate our development, improve our time to market, leverage our scale and enhance our IT Tech components with the aim of innovation.

We are looking for a Distribution Project Manager based in Neuilly.

As a Distribution Project Manager within our Core Back-End Platforms Center of Expertise, you will oversee the design and implementation of IT solutions that meet the needs of our Beauty Maisons for the Sales & Distribution domain.

You will lead and shape projects supporting key global initiatives, including the launch of new sales subsidiaries, the expansion of omnichannel services, and the establishment of new distribution centers and retail points of sale.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Project Leadership: Drive the implementation of IT solutions for the Sales & Distribution domain across multiple Maisons and their distribution networks.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Define system enhancements, create functional specifications, configure SAP processes, and conduct thorough testing.
- Requirements Analysis & Optimization: Lead scoping and optimization studies, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Cross-Functional Integration: Ensure solution consistency and seamless integration with other functional areas, collaborating closely with Enterprise Architects and Integration experts.
- Cross-Domain Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional projects to deploy new solutions, processes, functionalities, and optimizations.
- Reporting & Performance Management: Contribute to departmental reporting, including budget tracking and KPI monitoring.

**Job responsibilities**:

- 10+ years of experience as an SAP SD expert.
- Knowledge of SAP logistics integration with other modules (e.g., MM, FI) and solutions (WMS, POS, eCommerce, OMS) is a plus.
- Proven experience leading SAP SD projects proactively, ideally within the retail or related industries.
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to adapt and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders in an international, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and French.
- This position is available on a permanent basis in Neuilly-sur-Seine. _
