**The coordinator will be working closely with global teams, located outside of France, and be their local point of contact. The network coordinator will be the local representative of the network team, interacting with the end users but also with other project teams.**

**While there is a small part of technical support, the main part of the job is administrative.**

**The position will however also include installation of new devices in collaboration with global teams, and supporting these global teams to solve network, and more generally infrastructure, related issues.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide access to local network equipment to remote global teams via Putty or other tools
- Coordinate third-party service providers on-site visits (site access requests, work permits, etc)
- Check network equipment locally when receiving monitoring alerts from global teams
- Coordinate the support with other team for remote sites where network team is not present
- Racking and configuration of network devices (e.g. servers, switches)
- Installation and configuration of access points
- Provide assistance and technical support for rollout projects

**Person Specification**
- 2 years of experience in an IT support role
- Knowledge of network tools such as Cisco Prime
- Ability to work in autonomy
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills
- Driving licence
- Personal car
