Notre client prestigieux recherche un(e) Logistics Project Manager.

**Experience**
- Ingénieur niveau I, Master en Logistique
- 15 ans d’expérience, dont 10 ans au sein du département logistique opérateur O&G E&P en support des opérations onshore et offshore au siège et au site opérationnel.
- Expérience dans la conception et la mise en place d’un outil logistique interne dans un système d’information complet (ERP, BI et outils métiers tiers).
- Expérience dans la modélisation de données logistiques et les projets de déploiement de logiciels associés dans des filiales.
- Évaluer les besoins, par rapport aux services logistiques intégrés proposés aux clients, sélectionner et déployer les solutions appropriées.
- Concevoir, développer, déployer & maintenir la solution d’outils métier propriétaire dédiée à la gestion du matériel, à la gestion du fret et à la gestion des tâches, y compris toutes les évolutions & intégrées liées à la gestion du cycle de vie de la solution.
- Agir à titre d’adjoint du gestionnaire des services logistiques au besoin et participer à la sélection et à la formation du personnel sur place et pour les postes de l’AC.

**Connaissances approfondies**:

- Opérations logistiques offshore et onshore à l’appui des opérations de forage et de production par les opérateurs O&G, y compris la planification et la gestion des opérations, HSE, opérations de la base logistique, spécifications de transport maritime et aérien
- Spécifications techniques, règles et réglementations appliquées dans le domaine de la logistique pétrolière et gazière.
- Autonomie, Dynamisme, Esprit commercial, Capacité à travailler dans des organisations corporatives, Esprit d’entreprise et capacité à livrer, Donner l’exemple, Efficacité organisationnelle, Gestion d’équipe, Développement de procédures et de documents écrits.
- Outils d’optimisation des opérations et solutions de collecte de processus et de données.
- Principales solutions ERP, Business Intelligence et Business Logistique existantes, y compris les solutions de gestion des stocks et de transfert de personnel.
- Capacité à livrer ; Esprit d’entreprise ; RSE & Conformité ; Prêcher par l’exemple ; Efficacité organisationnelle.
