YOUR ROLE

Projects & Studies Intern in GEN Agency Efficient Department responsible for supporting transversal projects and studies for the Agency Network.  The position will partner and support transformation projects implementation, communication and change management with all key stakeholders. 

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

  • Projects: Contributing & supporting business projects which are transversal in nature with positive impact.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives with the participation from other teams.
  • Support Change management: Prepare & support Business Process Management Network for project deployment and change management.
  • Studies: Participate in various business case studies.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?

  • You are currently enrolled in a Master's degree programme in business administration or international trade.
  • Ideally, you have some initial experience in maritime transport.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and project management (ability to coordinate projects, meet deadlines, anticipate and minimise risks).
  • You have the ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
  • You are comfortable in interpersonal relationships, have excellent interpersonal skills and are able to express yourself freely with all types of people.
  • You are an effective communicator and have good writing skills.
