We are seeking **VMware Administrators for multiple positions** to join our team at a client’s facility in **Paris.**

**Important details**
- 3 days/ week
- Work from office (Client Location)
- Language: French(C1) + English
- Years of experience: 6 years

**Technical Requirements**
- To own end to end Compute infrastructure, Design, build and implementation of VMware and Hyper-V environment.

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Design and implement compute infrastructure services Windows servers, Hyper-V 2016/2019, VMware vSphere 6x and 7.x, vCenter and hyperconverged platform.
- Should address any issues related to Windows and VMware Server infra.
- Should have experience on any Hyperconverge platform e.g. Nutanix, VxRail, Azure Stack
- Should have experience in AVS, VMware on AWS
- Should take charge of the software and hardware installations, specification, UAT testing and service transition and handover the environment to operations.
- Should be able to identify the potential technology innovations and engage with businesses.
- Should guide in execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management.
- Should analyze and lead assessment of existing infrastructure and share the GAP in current environment.
- Should make certain that overall system performance meets client expectations.
- Should identify the business requirements and will incorporate new hardware and operating systems.
- Provide efficient solution and implementation either private, Hybrid or Public Cloud infrastructure.
- Should have hands-on experience on high-level and low-level documents, service design architecture documents, runbooks, and SOPs.
- Formulate detailed plans to add new systems to the existing core infrastructure
- Should have hands-on experience on migration tools for P2V, V2V, P2P, cross hypervisor and public cloud.
- Should have hands-on experience on HPE, DELL or Cisco UCS.
- Should have hands-on experience on Hyperconverged platform VxRail or Nutanix
- Should have experience in hardware and asset bill of material validation
- Should have good understanding of Datacenter services, networking, and storage
- Should have good understanding of public cloud Azure or AWS
- Should have good understanding on VCF
- Should have good understanding of PowerShell or other scripting
- Evaluate the new system that has been integrated into the client infrastructure
- Mentor and Guide team and influence them to adapt new technology and solution
