**Job Description**:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team of around ten people made up of engineers specializing in Packaging, System Development (electronics, FPGA, software) and Radiation.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the engineering team to ensure delivery of projects on time and on budget.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and quality of development processes.
- Collaborate with other services in the department to align technical objectives with current projects, marketing and sales needs.
- Ensure training and professional development of team members.
- Manage team resources and priorities to optimize productivity.
- Participate in the definition of technical specifications and the validation of the proposed solutions.
- Follow technological trends and propose innovations to maintain the competitiveness of the company.
- Ensure the good interfacing of your team with other services in the department (Projects and Engineering) to guarantee the achievement of common objectives.

Qualifications:

- Engineering degree or equivalent in a relevant field (microelectronics or electronics, etc.).
- Significant experience in team management and technical project management.
- In-depth knowledge in one or more of the following areas: packaging development, hardware electronics, FPGA, and software.
- Skills in managing radiation testing and associated testing environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
