The regulatory changes impacting the Big 4 audit practices are leading to divestures and splits between Audit & Consulting previously unthinkable. In contrast to this, A&M’s Global Transaction Advisory Group (“TAG”) is growing exponentially in France. A&M TAG is independent and unrestricted by any conflict with audit mandates and the resulting issues caused. We are also able to operate cross-border seamlessly.

TAG France has attracted top performers at Partner and every experienced level from our competitor firms. We are an established and highly active Transaction Advisory practice in France working for premium clients on high profile deals, large and mid-cap private equity, fast growth premium small cap deals, multinational corporates and LBO’s.

We are expanding and looking for experienced and ambitious individuals to join our Transactions Advisory team and focus on the Financial Services industry.

As part of a select and highly skilled team, you will have the opportunity to:

- Work on multiple Transaction Advisory engagements in France and across Europe, working closely with our Managing Directors & Senior Directors
- Use the commercial aspects of your financial analysis skills, in addition to gaining exposure to the key drivers and valuation considerations which drive a transaction
- Work alongside operational and commercial professionals in combined project teams enhancing your understanding of the broader due diligence and wider deal process
- Gain constant exposure to our Managing Directors, leveraging their substantial deal experience and be proactively involved in commercial, business development, and marketing
- Network internally with our service lines and work on external marketing events to build cross
- service line relationships
- Be active in the market and build the financial services proposition by supporting and enhancing existing client relationships and in originating new client relationships

Essential experience:

- Graduated from a leading “Grande Ecoles” in Business and / or Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience in financial due diligence in Financial Services at a Big 4 firm is advantageous but we also welcome newly qualified auditors with experience in Financial Services - experience across all areas of Financial Services is useful in this role
- Fluent business level French and English is essential and additional European language skills including Dutch, Italian, German, Swedish or Spanish are highly desirable
