With more than 3800 people internally, ENGIE’s IT & Digital function is the second one of the Group and offer a wide range of positions (cybersecurity, infrastructure, architecture, data ). Working for ENGIE is a way to play your part in the energy transition and help the Group and our customer to reach net carbon emission by 2045. **Key Responsibilities** As a part of the ambition to **make ENGIE a Data Driven Company**, DATA Solution offers the opportunity to build **Data Offices **within ENGIE entities. In particular, the associated responsibilities include: - Support entity to assess his compliancy about **Group data policy** (the reference for any activity related to data and how data should be managed at ENGIE). - Coordinating the **data strategy activities** : organisation communications between data stakeholders - Animate the **data community **and ensure the continuity of acculturation - Deploy and promote the **Group data analytics ecosystem & capabilities**: - Support the **Data Project manager** on the management of data initiatives : Helping business actors to identify data use cases, prioritizing them, steering project and facilitating the communication. - Support the **Data Governance Manager** who is responsible for the data governance strategy & the governance tools provided. - Work with entities to understand their needs and to agree the scope of each data project - Conduct research and interviews and analysing data to gain insights into the business **Key Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, Data and analytics or related field, or equivalent work experience. - At least 3 or more years in analytics functions. - Deep understanding of the data management. - Experience deploying data strategy is preferred. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business and technological stakeholders and peers alike. - Excellent abilities in leadership, communication, logic, innovation, and collaboration. - Knowledge of Dataiku, Databricks, Collibra and AWS is a plus. - Ability to work in an agile way. - Experience and ability in using “soft skills” or “people skills”. - Fluent in English - Unité commerciale: Group Digital & IT - EIT- Division: Group Digital & IT - EIT L2- Entité légale: ENGIE Information et Technologies S.A.- Type de contrat: CDI- Type d'emploi: Temps Plein- Expérience professionnelle: Qualifié ( >3 expérience
