Investor Relations Associate (Paris)

Established in 1998, Access Capital Partners is an independent Private Assets manager investing in the key economies of Western Europe. Since inception, Access has been seeking to provide its clients with enhanced returns and reduced volatility in their private asset portfolios. Access’ integrated expertise offers exposure to Infrastructure, Smaller Buy-outs, and Private Debt through multi-strategy funds, direct funds and customised solutions.

Building on its local presence in France, the United Kingdom, Finland, Germany and Benelux, the firm has gained extensive knowledge and coverage of the three market segments it targets in Europe. The team of 96 currently manages investment programs with aggregate capital commitments above EUR 14 billion.

We are seeking to reinforce our Investor Relations & Communication function for the infrastructure activity. The position is based in the Paris office.

**The role**:
**Client servicing**: responses to investors’ requests, development of investor-related documentation including portfolio updates, presentations for update meetings and Annual Investors Meeting
**Support of the fundraising efforts**: development of marketing materials (pitch books and PPM), responses to Requests for Proposal and Information, maintenance of information on the company and funds on various external platforms
**Communication**: content development (press releases, market insights, video scripts)
Market research

**Key skills**:
At least 5 years’ experience in Investor Relations / RFP replies / Client service in Infrastructure
Strong understanding of the factors currently influencing the Infrastructure / Private Equity markets within the broader macroeconomic environment
Exceptional written communication skills both in English and French and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
Independent self-starter
Strong project management skills to efficiently lead complex projects requiring multiple inputs in a short timeframe
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
