The headquarters gathers approximately 1000 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (45 nationalities), which makes it a rich and stimulating place to work.Within the Group, you will join the Investor Relations department, whose purpose is to effectively communicate the AXA's financial performance and strategy to the investment community (investors, analysts and rating agencies), ensuring transparency and alignment with the company's overall goals while positioning attractively the Equity Story. As AXA is a major listed and rated company, communicating with these key stakeholders is critical.Key dimensions, decision bodies and committees900 institutional investors, >350 investor meetings per year, 25 sell side analysts.3 rating agencies, multi-million-euro contracts, AXA Group rating and ca.15 AXA entities.Full Year and Half Year Management Meeting CommitteeInvestor Day steering committeeAnnual Rating Committee with AXA senior management and Rating agenciesYOUR ROLE AND RESPONSABILITIES:Context and major challengesConvince our external stakeholders that AXA represents an attractive investment opportunity by building a convincing and credible Equity story.Provide high quality service to our demanding stakeholders both externally (investors, analysts, rating. - agencies) and internally (CEO, CFO, MC members).Deliver high quality communication materials under tight deadlines.Ensure alignment between the Group's strategy and shareholders' interest.Navigate complex and diverse 360 business and function topics and connect it to the Equity story.Key accountabilities:Production and publication of quarterly financial reportsPrepare investor presentations and Press Release, working closely with Finance and Legal teamsWork on Q&A and scripts for senior managementProduction of ad-hoc investor documents and events (Investor Day, AXA Roundtable)Investor Day 2024 process, 6-month project, coordinating with close to 10 MC members and their teamsArticulation of the strategy in a digestible manner and creation of the supporting documents for investors to communicate the long-term strategy, vision and goalsPreparation of the roundtable event to provide deeper insights into the businesses, being the point of contact of an AXA entity to deliver documents and prepare speakersParticipation and preparation of Investor roadshows and conferencesDefine investor targeting with sell-side banksPreparation of supporting documents when needed, and key messages/Q&A for management to ensure the delivery of a consistent narrativeBuild relationship with investor to earn their trust and be top of mindManagement of sell-side analystsFrequent interaction with sell-side to steer their estimates and control what they write in their notesReadily answer any query or questions to support them and make them engaged with our stockPreparation of communication material related to M&A transactionsWork closely with M&A team to draft press release and presentation of transactions, with a focus on anticipating the potential pushbacks that could ariseKeep track of investor sentiment from past disclosure or competitor transaction to gauge impact on investor sentimentCompetitor tracking and benchmarking to identify market trendsTracking daily performance, analyzing market trends, monitoring analyst reportsPrepare summary of competitors for management, comparing AXA performance and providing feedback to management about investor perception to steer strategic decision makingYOUR PROFILELet's talk about you – Required skillsFinancial Acumen: understanding financial statements and ability to interpret financial data to investors.Communication skills: ability to distill complex messages into easily understandable narratives (both in writing for Press Release / presentation, and in speaking for calls, one-on-one meetings), to craft a story that is persuasive and coherent, and public speaking (mostly during calls / roadshows whgen necessary).Analytic skills: understanding and interpreting market trends, competitor performance and investor sentiment to stay on top of what could affect AXA's standing with investors.Attention to details: accuracy in reporting to avoid inaccurate of misleading information that could have Legal implications or loss of investor confidence and result in reputational risk.Problem-solving and critical thinking: ability to anticipate investor concerns to proactively address them before they become an issue; also being able to adapt company communication quickly to changing landscape, be it market, company performance.Collaboration and cross function cooperation: ability to work with many internal departments and manage relationship effectively with all of them, as well as ensure alignment of messages for all stakeholders.Excellent level of English.WHY JOIN USYou will join:A responsible company, towards people, including its employees and customers, and towards the planetA company with strong valuesA company promoting internal mobility and the training of its employeesA company offering many benefits (learn more here: Reward & Benefits | AXA Group)A flexible company, allowing hybrid work, in the office and from home.
