The L’Oréal Operations General Direction (DGO) recruits a Global Raw Material Sourcing Finance Controllers for its team based in Paris, France. Your Mission As a Business Partner, reporting to the Global Direct Sourcing Finance Director and the Global Raw Material Director, you contribute to the global economic performance and value creation of the Direct Sourcing Category. Your Key Accountabilities - Consolidate, challenge and communicate results of economic performance both actual and forecasted (trend and budget) - Improve the efficiency of procedures, processes and tools, being a key contributor to Anaplan rollout and improvement (Sourcing Finance Application) - Bring needed financial insight to stakeholders in strategic decisions and projects (long-term booking and commitment, L'Oréal for The Future financial impact forecast & follow-up, financial assessment of some suppliers) **For that, and among other topics, you will have to**: - Work on Category cost drivers financial impact evaluation, challenging the hypothesis, consolidating the impacts, contributing to the improvement of the tools - Coordinate monthly closing process, review WorldWide Category monthly performance and contribute to the WW direct sourcing communication - Coordinate the Category process for trend and budget, aligned with group, operation and direct sourcing global process, leading specifically the process for your Category - Manage the financial follow-up of WW "year-end rebates" for your Category, negotiated with suppliers, in coordination with KSM (Key Supplier Managers) - Evaluate and follow up, with the Category team, on the financial impact (cost, long-term commitments,) of L4TF program impacting your Category - Participate in the due diligence needed before taking long-term commitments with suppliers in your Category and coordinate the follow-up of remaining long-term commitments and the evaluation of any possible financial risks - Participate in the animation of the financial training for Direct sourcing community You will do that, by developing a close and efficient relationship with key stakeholders and being an active member of the Category-sourcing community to anticipate risks and opportunities and optimize financial performance. Your Profile - A first significant experience in a similar finance position - Ability to work effectively in an international, multi-cultural environment - Strong cooperative, collaborative team spirit in a matrix environment - Flexibility and creativity in problem-solving - Self-motivated within a frame - Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others
