A Day in the Life You report to the Fragrance Category Manager and sit in the Raw Material - Fragrances, Actives & Naturals hub based in Aulnay‑sous‑Bois (with weekly meetings at Levallois & Clichy). You lead purchasing for Natural Ingredients & Essential Oils, driving innovation and the shift to 95% bio‑based sustainably sourced ingredients by 2030.

• Define & execute category purchasing strategy: securitization, pricing, budget & trend monitoring.
• Lead sustainable sourcing projects and supplier due‑diligence for natural & essential oil segments.
• Negotiate contracts, build long‑term supplier partnerships and manage SRM.
• Collaborate with R&I, Operations, Marketing, Fragrance Houses to enable launches and ensure supply continuity.

We Are Looking For You are an agronomist with a Master's degree and 5-6 years' purchasing experience, ideally in natural ingredients or fragrances.

Key Skills

• Strategic sourcing & strong negotiation ability
• Proven SRM and supplier development experience
• Strong CSR mindset and experience implementing sustainable sourcing
• Excellent stakeholder influence & communication (French + English)
• Advanced data management: Excel, PPV/S80 familiarity; procurement tools knowledge
