Role profile:
Experienced Risk Data & Reporting Manager with a solution-oriented mindset evolving in a challenging and changing IT environment.

ROLE SUMMARY:

- Rigorous mind attentive to detail with capacity to industrialize or automate relevant reporting tools and provide required answers (ie metrics, reports, tooling,) with a methodological approach.
- Data analysis and scrapping from various silos (different businesses, technologies, tooling, static and market data) with large data sets.
- Promote a data-driven culture within the company and the Group.
- Bring the intersection of a fast, scalable and robust reporting solution.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Develop/maintain tooling, dashboards for senior management and internal/external governance.
- Lead departmental change management including existing reports (writing down Business requirement, development, testing, decommission).
- Improve the continuous monitoring of Permanent Control reports by bringing expertise (controls, methodology, new tools, reports).
- Be comfortable with data crunching in multiples environment, technologies in order to fulill BAU & Adhoc requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market risk, Credit risk, model validation and IT, to maintain Risk Reporting data and plateform with upstream clearing silos.
- Participate to risk assessment on behalf of the SLR (ORA/DORA regulation).
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of customer data by implementing best practices for data management and governance.
- Lead a junior profile already in place.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

- At least 5-10 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in finance, knowledge in finance is a plus.
- Master or engineering degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. Quant background is preferred
- Strong expertise in data analysis tools such as SAS, SQL, Python, R and data visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
- High level of accuracy and rigorous mind with data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present data insights to business stakeholders
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
