- A Medical Monitor _**(M/F)**_

- The Paris Brain Institute is a private foundation recognized as being of public interest, dedicated to fundamental and clinical research on the nervous system. On a single site, 800 researchers, engineers and doctors cover the full range of neurological disciplines, with the aim of accelerating discoveries about how the brain works, and the development of treatments for diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, depression, paraplegia, tetraplegia and others._
- The Neurotrials unit is an early-stage clinical research unit within the ICM for the design, management and execution of phase Ib/IIa clinical trials in drug development or in the field of medical devices._
**POSITION**
- **Main Missions **_
- **Under the responsabilities of Neurotrials’ director, your missions will be**:_
- _To Manage NEUROTRIALS Medical part_
- _To Provide contribution / Input to the medical documentation_
- _Medical monitor for clinical trials conducted at the ICM in partnership with the pharma/biotech/medtech companies_
- _To provide medical expertise in protocol design_
- _To Participate in protocol reviews and provide scientific and clinical expertise_
- _To provide medical expertise for the baseline of the study_
- _To provide medical review of clinical data_
- _To review eligibility criteria_
- _To be the main contact for the patients’ safety in the study_
- _To contribute, review and write some SOPs_
- _To provide the medical training of the project team necessary for the proper conduct of clinical studies_
- _To be the link between the sponsor and the investigator site and the KOLs _
**PROFILE**
- **Know-How**_
- _You have a past experience in medical monitoring of 1 year minimum within CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech companies or clinical research structure_
- **Background**_
- _Degree in medecine_
- _Degree in Neurology is a plus_
- _PhD is a plus_
- _Skills in Clinical trials Methodology is a plus_
- _Fluent in English_
- _Knowledge of GCP-ICH_
- _Good listening and communication skills_
- _Diplomacy and adaptability_
