- The Paris Brain Institute is a private foundation recognized as being of public interest, dedicated to fundamental _
- and clinical research on the nervous system. On a single site, 800 researchers, engineers and doctors cover the _
- full range of neurological disciplines, with the aim of accelerating discoveries about how the brain works, and _
- the development of treatments for diseases such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, _
- depression, paraplegia, tetraplegia and others. _
- The Neurotrials unit is an early-stage clinical research unit within the ICM for the design, management and _
- execution of phase Ib/IIa clinical trials in drug development or in the field of medical devices. _
**POSITION**
**_MAIN MISSIONS _**
**_UNDER THE RESPONSABILITIES OF NEUROTRIALS’ DIRECTOR, YOUR MISSIONS WILL BE:
- **
- _To Manage NEUROTRIALS Medical part _
- _To Provide contribution / Input to the medical documentation _
- _Medical monitor for clinical trials conducted at the ICM in partnership with the pharma/biotech/medtech _
- companies _
- _To provide medical expertise in protocol design _
- _To Participate in protocol reviews and provide scientific and clinical expertise _
- _To provide medical expertise for the baseline of the study _
- _To provide medical review of clinical data _
- _To review eligibility criteria _
- _To be the main contact for the patients’ safety in the study _
- _To contribute, review and write some SOPs _
- _To provide the medical training of the project team necessary for the proper conduct of clinical studies _
- _To be the link between the sponsor and the investigator site and the KOLs**PROFILE
**_KNOW-HOW _**
- _You have a past experience in medical monitoring of 1 year minimum within CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech _
- companies or clinical research structure
- **_BACKGROUND_**_ _
- _Degree in medecine _
- _Degree in Neurology is a plus _
- _PhD is a plus _
- _Skills in Clinical trials Methodology is a plus_**_ _**
- _Fluent in English _
- _Knowledge of GCP-ICH _
- _Good listening and communication skills _
- _Diplomacy and adaptability
