We are seeking a results-driven **Account Manager**with the below mission and responsibilities: - Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-Level executives and stakeholders to understand their goals, success metrics, and use cases. - Identify and develop business opportunities within a dedicated portfolio of accounts, focusing on customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. - Create and implement account strategies to support upsell and renewal strategy - Collaborate with internal teams to propose tailored, innovative solutions that meet client needs. - Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and forecasting to deal closure - Coordinate customers testimonials and success stories to support business development efforts **What we're looking for**: - Proven experience in Account Management preferably in a SaaS environment, with a strong client-focused mindset - A solid track record of growing accounts and achieving targets - Ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop long-term client plans - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments (Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, CSM) - Organized and proactive with a growth-oriented mindset - Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot - Fluency in both English and French **Who you are**: You’re dynamic, thoughtful, and driven by building meaningful client relationships.
