As Product Manager Stay, you will lead product initiatives across the **Offer subdomain (contract workflows, offer performance, quality control, cancellations, payments, benchmarkability)**. Your mission is to make our travel offer catalog (hotels, transport, options, experiences) faster to build, more scalable, more automated — and ultimately more competitive.

You’ll manage the offer lifecycle as a product, ensuring quality, reliability, and competitiveness at scale.

You will:

- Drive one of the most strategic backend domains of Voyage Privé’s transformation.
- Build a high-performing offer infrastructure that reduces time-to-market and increases reliability.
- Improve operational and commercial KPIs such as conversion, error reduction, benchmarkability, and offer quality.
- Work with Tech, Supply, Data, and Ops to build tools that reduce friction and improve scalability across all travel product types.
- Ensure that every offer created is high-quality, price-competitive, transparent, and technically stable — at scale.
- Be a key stakeholder in supplier-side innovation, helping Voyage Privé become a best-in-class partner for providers.

**Qualifications**
We’d love to meet you if:

- You have 4-6 years of Product Management experience, ideally in supply, marketplace, or tooling environments.
- You’re comfortable working with operational KPIs and optimization logic (error rates, conversion, automation).
- You have experience with B2B workflows, content/offer management, or commercial rule configuration.
- You understand the value of benchmarkability and product quality from both a user and business perspective.
- You’re fluent in English and French, and thrive in cross-functional collaboration across tech, ops, and business teams.
