- This is an excellent opportunity to become a member of our Regulatory CA Team, which is committed to deliver regulatory expertise by collaborating with our customers and helping them win. The Regulatory CA Team is dealing with top food & beverage CGC (consumer goods companies) customers, the large European distributor and some specific areas like pharma. You will support Givaudan Taste & Wellbeing portfolio for the European markets by addressing multiple product safety and compliance inquiries from both internal and external customers, using a customer-centric approach. You will be based in France (Argenteuil) or the Netherlands (Naarden).**In this exciting role (**reporting to the Regulatory CA Lead)**, you will**:

- Provide internal customers ( technical, commercial and other regulatory teams) and external customers with consistent and compliant formula reviews and documentation in an expeditious time frame to meet commercial, and customer expectations
- Act as a regulatory business partner to commercial teams by providing regulation consultancy or support in commercializing assigned products
- You will work collaboratively with assigned customer contacts
- Create the customer documentation
- Deliver customer support on time by fulfilling customer expectations
- Identify issues relevant to customer inquiries and be part of the solution
- You will implement and improve routine procedures
- Manage request logs and use functionalities of internal SAP-based regulatory systems and databases
- Stay informed about regulatory knowledge and prepare regulatory training materials
- Assist regulatory manager as assigned

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Bachelor/Master Degree in a scientific field such as chemistry, food or equivalent degree
- 1-2 years of regulatory experience in Flavours or Food or related industry
- Proficiency in English is important and additional language is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of regulatory landscape
- Capable to manage partners
- A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills
- Customer focus
- Team player with people-driven approach
