Human by nature.- Within the Active Beauty Regulatory Affairs department, your role is to insure the reliability and the accuracy of the Regulatory & Product Safety data of the ingredients used within Givaudan and sold to customers.- You will participate in a proactive way to the impact studies of data changes & new regulation implementation.- You will also provide a regulatory support to R&D and to the sales team to support customers request. You will establish a regulatory dossier for product sold.- You will be reporting to the Senior Regulatory Manager.**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyze the necessary data to ensure regulatory and safety assessment towards regulations, internal and customers policies, and more especially for the following activities: new ingredients or alternate sources validation, continuous assessment of ingredients (suppliers inquiry, analytical programs follow-up), updates of regulatory lists, codification.
- Participate to the regulatory surveillance, to the impact studies in a proactive way & to the elaboration of the action plan
- Communicate to internal & external partners regulatory data changes.
- Provide regulatory support to R&D
- Provide regulatory support to customers
- Establish regulatory dossier

**Your professional profile includes**:

- Advanced degree in Science, Master or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in product safety or regulatory affairs in cosmetic area.
- Professional oral and written communication skills in English, ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and ideally of SAP
- Flexibility, methodical and rigorous spirit, ability to manage priorities
