**Your future job**:
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, your role will be to:

- Partner with the CEO of our international business, the CFO and the CIO and their leadership teams to propose and enhance our people development & engagement strategies for their teams.
- Lead transversally our community of international HR to deploy our HR strategy across our subsidiaries.
- Capability to manage the change in different countries.
- Capability to deploy locally the global vision of La Redoute.
- Collaborate with your peers to continually improve or propose new processes, methods and tools for people management and development.
- Travel to visit our subsidiaries to help maintain this HR community and understand the needs of our local subsidiaries.
- Manage and develop an international HRBP and recruitment team.

**What’s expected from you**:

- A relevant degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar generalist HR role across several countries. Experience leading and implementing HR projects and processes.
- Creative, naturally curious and engaging; always eager to contribute; excited to get involved in new things and take on challenges.
- Agile and ability to adapt, you are comfortable within a matrix organization.
- You have a pronounced consumer-centric vision and a good ability to drive and support change management.
- True Business Partner, you have a strong ability to discuss and challenge your contacts, you can deliver concretely by putting in place tools, practices, and implementing standards with country HR...
- Fluent in English and French.
