Our client from the fiancial sector is constantly investing to secure that the highest standards are in place to prevent, detect and manage cyber issues.
There are three axes in our approach:
- Clients: protecting our systems against threats coming from clients and avoid contagion to other clients
- Platforms: protecting our systems from direct threats
- Staff: protecting our systems from threats via employee’s accesses
1) Coordinate the definition of the scope of the project
- Collect the existing elements
- Identify areas of risks and coordinate the definition of priorities (deliverable)
- Define the work breakdown and related deadlines and contributors (deliverable)
2) Support the delivery of the project
- Prepare and animate program governance instances (deliverable: support document and minutes)
- Act as PM on the project: support the sponsor in driving, framing and monitoring the project (deliverable : updates to the sponsor, identification of arbitrage needed and formalization of decisions)
- Produce templates and methodology to help framing the project (deliverable)
- Organise, prepare & animate the workshops and write minutes / synthesis (deliverable: support document and minutes)
- Follow-up progresses and prepare associated follow-up meetings. Track progress of actions and chase contributors to secure deadlines (deliverable: updated action plans)
- Identify and manage dependencies (deliverable)
3) Support the contributors when required
- Identify deliveries and offer support
- Take full ownership on some deliverables if required (deliverable: draft version and then reviewed and validated documentation)
- Coordinate contributors and perform deep dives on hot topics when needed
