**Job description**:
As an Engineering Manager at EPYR, you will play a crucial role in leading the technical team towards the successful development and implementation of our Thermal Energy Storage (TES) solution. Your main **missions** will include overseeing the engineering projects, ensuring the technical feasibility of the product, and managing the engineering team's deliverables.
You will be at the forefront of the company's efforts to drive the transition from fossil fuels to renewable electricity, contributing directly to the decarbonization and reindustrialization goals. Your **responsibilities** will involve developing and implementing engineering strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality and efficiency of the engineering processes.

**Profile**:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field, with a focus on energy or industrial processes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
