Skills and experiences
- In-depth expertise in the technologies of the M365 ecosystem. Azure AD/Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Proven experience in designing M365 architectures and leading large-scale technical projects.
- Certification in at least one of the following: MS700, MS102, AZ800/801, SC300.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French for effective work in an international environment.

management.
- You have demonstrated your ability to work effectively in a team in an international context and to manage

large-scale projects.
- Your proactive approach to learning and knowledge sharing allows you to stay at the forefront of technological

developments.
- You place quality and customer needs at the centre of your work and are able to advise them effectively.
- Your excellent communication skills enable you to work successfully in a multicultural environment, in English

and French.

What you'll do
- Define migration strategies: facilitate the efficient and secure transfer of infrastructures to Microsoft 365,

Azure AD/Entra ID, or Active Directory solutions, while optimizing user collaboration and productivity.
- Lead the design, installation, and configuration of the company's technological architecture, following the

phases of Planning, Analysis, Design, Construction, and Testing.
- Manage medium to large-sized projects, ensuring communication on progress, risk management, and financial health

in line with Avanade's commitments to its clients.

- Actively participate in the development of client relationships and the creation of business proposals.
- Be responsible for managing teams of onshore & offshore consultants and contribute to the animation of the

internal community.
- Be a reference in your field of expertise and share your knowledge within the technical community through deep
