This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Engineering. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

**Main Activities**:

- Define product requirements and ensure alignment with project constraints (quality, cost, timeline).
- Propose technical design concepts using 2D/3D modeling and tolerance chains.
- Validate design feasibility through prototyping (3D printing, machining, injection molding, etc.).
- Organize and conduct tests: define protocols, analyze data, and ensure traceability.
- Prepare technical documentation, including critical attributes (from DFMEA), technical drawings, etc.
- Assess industrial feasibility and support the transfer to industrialization teams by sharing technical data and analyzing pre-series parts.
- Contribute to the intellectual property strategy by documenting innovative, unique, and potentially patentable concepts or data.
- Provide technical expertise across the organization: document issues, suggest solutions, and support root cause analysis.
- Monitor technological advancements to inform design strategies and innovation.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and design rules standardization within the team.

- **Experience**: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years—**talent matters most to us**)
- **Skills**: Hands-on experience with **prototyping techniques**, **design validation**, and **technical documentation**.
- **Education: Master’s degree** in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- **Languages**: Strong communication skills in **English and French,**Comfortable with frequent international collaboration (Germany, US, UK); occasional travel (approx. once per month).
