The protection of human rights is an essential component of Technip Energies’ business model which we promote to our employees and across our supply chain. We are looking fo **r a Human Rights Officer **.

**About the role**
The position that we are looking to fill will be supporting the development of the human rights program of the Company in a unique context of a company undergoing major transformation as result of the energy transition, with publicly stated ambitions regarding ESG, which our Human Rights program is a key pillar.
You will report to the Head of the Human Rights Department and work with the functions and business teams required to achieve our human rights compliance objectives across our operations and supply chain.
**About the job**
You will support the development and deployment of the Human Rights Program across the Group in alignment with Technip Energies ESG Roadmap. Your main missions will include:
- Contributing to the assessment of the human rights risks of the Company’s operations and supply chain
- Supporting the development and implementation of the Human Rights due diligence processes of third-parties
- Supporting the development and implementation of the human rights audit and monitoring processes
- Contributing to the deployment of the human rights program globally and providing guidance to the Business Lines, Operating Centers and Projects on the effective and risk-based approach implementation.
- Contributing to the development of Technip Energies Human Rights Training and Communication
**About you**
You have 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in Human Rights, Business ethics or ESG and hold a Master degree in human rights law, business law or ESG related area with experience in compliance/business ethics/operational risks and human/labour rights or worker welfare topics.
You have strong communication skills and strive to develop partnerships, teamwork and good working relationships. You understand the complexities of a large international organization.
You maintain strong legal and writing skills required to write and edit policies and procedures and you are fluent in French and English.
