We aim at combining realistic human cells-based in vitro models, accurate cell cultures parameters control, image, and data gathering, and AI algorithms to replace current testing on animals and overcome the limiting bias associated with it.

**Our context today**: As a deep tech little company made of researchers who choose the entrepreneurial path instead of the academic one, we **are a little team of hard workers often having to compensate frugality with smartness in order to overachieve**. We are now at an early stage of development of our company, just before the product-market fit. CubiX, our main product, is in a pre-commercialization phase. On the other hand, we are still producing and commercializing CherryTemp, our first product, providing life scientists around the world with a unique temperature controlling tool.

**What do we propose?**

**_Goals of the position: _** You will be in charge of production, quality, after-sales service, industrial design, and industrialization.

**_Your main goals : _**
- Manage and execute **the full production cycle of two complex scientific instruments at different stages of maturity.**
- Guarantee the **rigor **required to ensure a high level of quality in the production of the scientific instruments.
- **Interact with customers and decide the right steps to make them satisfied** and confident with Cherry Biotech products and services.
- **Document processes** and generate guidelines to be respected in the operation side of the future production team to be implemented after proposal and discussion with the CTO.

**_Your main tasks : _**
- **Execute **new productions for CherryTEMP product (mount devices).
- **Execute **new productions for CubiX prototypes (mount devices).
- **Manage stocks** using ERP/MRP software (put in place protocols for employees using stock parts).
- Verify that produced devices comply with specs and expected certifications **(quality control).**:

- Coordinate with sales and purchases to guarantee **lean production.**:

- Create and update all the documentation to facilitate the transfer of knowledge to your future managed team.
- **Industrialize the CubiX prototype** (including redesigning components, improving Ux, and substituting parts in close collaboration with the R&D team).
- Search, implement and document the needed steps to comply with **EU, Canada, and US certifications and regulations **in the future CubiX product.
- Improve automatic metrology assessment of the performances of the machine.
- Implement tools to coordinate complex communications between sales/admin/prod departments.
- **Lead on after-sales service** (troubleshoot/problem-solving) and communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Identify and report customer identified needs to R&D and Bus Dev teams.
