**About the Team**

We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented Marketing Associate to join our Promo team. The Promo team is responsible for developing and executing the company's promotional strategy including the definition of the offer per Cx type and communication plan, ensuring growth and profitability.

**About the Role**

In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the Go-To-Market (GTM) process for promotional activations and the associated communication plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and seamless consumer experiences. You will however directly report to the Head of Value & Promo.

**What You'll Be Doing**

**Support Promotional Activations**- Contribute to the Go-To-Market for all promotional activations, **with a specific focus on the communication plan, ensuring messaging and journey are attractive and smooth.**:

- Collaborate with the UK Product team, Legal, and Marketing Brand/Media/CRM teams to design a clear and engaging consumer journey for each activation.
- Work with the Commercial team to ensure optimal supply alignment for every activation.
- **Performance Optimization**- Monitor and analyze the performance of activations during the campaign and adjust to maximize performance in collaboration with CRM/Product.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by challenging existing processes and proposing solutions to reduce inefficiencies.

**Stakeholder Collaboration**Work effectively across multiple teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence.**Maintain clear communication and foster a collaborative environment among all stakeholders.**

**Requirements**:

- Up top 2 years of experience as a Marketing Generalist or in managing 360° Marketing Campaigns.

**Fluency in French/English.**
- Agility and Efficiency in Project Management: Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with diverse teams.
- Process Optimization: Capacity to identify and address inefficiencies, proposing practical and impactful improvements.
- Business-Oriented: Focused on delivering measurable results and contributing to company goals.
