**Overview**

MillTechFX was established to help Institutional Investors, Fund Managers and Corporate Treasur ers to significantly reduce the cost and administrative burden associated with FX execution and hedging. By externalizing our own execution infrastructure and combining cutting-edge technology with specialist operational management, we have created the first independent and comparative multi-bank currency solution.

**The opportunity**:
You will be joining our sales team based in Paris and support them in order to create and develop new business opportunities for the desk. This job is an opportunity for you to develop your sales skills in the financial markets industry among institutional clients (asset managers, pension funds, private equity, family office...) but also with corporates. You will work closely with senior members of the team and will be fully supported through a structured training programme on all aspects of foreign exchange markets and asset management environment. Your dedicated mentor will support you with regular check ins and you will be provided with on-the-job training on identifying prospects and pitching MillTechFX solution and products. By the end of your experience with us, you will have in-depth understanding of financial markets, FX products and hedging strategies. In addition, you will excel at understanding institutional and corporate customer needs and providing professional and confidential service whilst meeting competing or demanding deadlines.

**Your responsibilities in this role will include (but not only)
- Assist team members in business acquisition (finding prospects, cold calls)
- Booking, preparing and assisting to client meetings
- Managing daily client operations (spot, outright, NDF, swap) and monitoring e-Platform and voice trades
- Assist the sales team in daily tasks (CRM tool, reporting to management )
- Market segment analysis across EU countries (private equity, VC, asset managers, family offices )
- Follow up on new client onboardings with legal, compliance and middle office
- Participate in key business projects and change management initiatives as required

**Required skills**:

- A 4th or 5th year student in Financial Markets, Corporate Finance or Business Management in a programme eligible to “Apprentissage/Alternance”
- Interested in financial markets and/or FX market and Corporate Finance
- Rigorous, persistent, with a good sense of organization and priorities
- Fluent in French and English (essential). One or more European language would be a plus.
