Pour notre client du secteur bancaire nous recherchons activement un Contract Manager ayant une expérience en gestion de contrats et de projets IT.

Vous travaillerez sous la direction Directeur des Achats. Ainsi, vous assurerez les missions suivantes:

- La rédaction des nouveaux contrats ;
- Le déploiement d'un plan de remédiation ;
- La mise en conformité des contrats et l'adéquation avec les nouvelles règlementations (RGPD, conformité financière) ;
- Le benchmark des fournisseurs actuels, sans contrats avec le groupe ;
- L'audit des fournisseurs ;
- La création des contrats ;
- La mise en place de processus achats et contractuels.
- Le support à la gestion de projet : assister les chefs de projet dans la planification, le suivi et la gestion des risques des projets ;
- La préparation des tableaux de bords, synthèses pour les COPIL/CODIR ;
- La coordination et la communication : faciliter la communication entre les équipes de projet, les parties prenantes et la direction des achats ;
- La négociation des contrats (termes des contrats clients, fournisseurs et partenaires) en lien avec le service juridique groupe

**Formation**:

- Bac+5 en droit, gestion des affaires, ou équivalent.

**Expérience**:

- Expérience de 15 ans minimum dans un rôle similaire
- Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets bancaires

**Compétences techniques et fonctionnelles**:

- Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet (ex : MS Project, JIRA )
- Expérience en audit et remédiation
- Expertise règlementaire
- Capacités d'analyse et de gestion des risques
- Maitrise des outils de gestion des contrats

**Méthodologies et Certifications**:
Agile, Prince2, ou PMP (certification appréciée)

**Langues**:

- Anglais conversationnel

- Leadership et capacité à motiver
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes
- Proactivité et sens de l’initiative
- Rigueur et sens des priorités
