**Kendo is looking for a Brand Manager (Key account + Operational Marketing Manager) OLE HENRIKSEN Skincare brand**
In order to support OLE HENRIKSEN brand development on European markets, the Brand Manager develops and leads in-markets brand strategy and marketing plans implementation by activating all 360° levers in conjunction with OLE HENRIKSEN US headquarters, internal departments and Retailer in line with global brand positioning in order to drive profitable and strategic brand growth.
Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Director, the main missions are:
**Brand Strategy & Marketing Plans development & **implementation**:
- Define, manage, and execute 360° plans for the brand and new upcoming product launches with internal teams (Communication, Merchandising & Trade, Education & Retail), US headquarters and Retailer in compliance with defined budgets and the global strategy
- Track Brand performance in EU markets and suggest necessary activations to drive sales, prepare internal sales analysis reports and presentations
- Define, manage & optimize the assortment for the online & offline channels
- Work with the Demand & Supply Manager on the new product forecasts, follow the stocks availability
- Track Pricing & competitive environment, monitor trends, benchmark
- Manage, plan, and coordinating online and offline brand activities with proven ROI in conjunction with Visual Merchandising team, Kendo field sales team, E-commerce, CRM & Social Media retailer teams (Central EU & local markets)
- Monitor budgets and manage the promotional means according to the activation plans and the needs
**Relationship management with the Retailer**:
- Interface with Retailer's central and markets Category Management teams and other relevant departments
- Carry out brand plans presentations to retailer to ensure the follow-up and the implementation of the strategy
- Negotiate maximum visibility and support for the brand online & offline with retailer central and local markets teams
- New products listing process management: deliver product information/matrices, digital assets for the e-com product pages
- Constantly look for the opportunities to optimize brand tools & assets productivity in order to push sales
**Brand Communication**:
- Adapt key brand communication assets (digital, VM, POS, toolkits, Education etc.,) for in market activations
- Work with headquarter brand team in US to ensure EU region receives all relevant assets for the products and brief US global team to deliver specific assets for Europe according to local needs
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand communication in markets respecting brand creative guidelines ensuring the positioning and voice of the brand is consistent trough out all channels
**People Management**:
- Manage the direct report (associate Brand manager/trainee) via full onboarding, setting the tasks, following up & coaching
**Requirements**:
- Higher education (Bac + 5) Specialty Brand Management / International Marketing / Management
- 3-5 years of the experience in brand project management/retail key account manager
- Experience in beauty category, preferably in Skincare
- Fluency in English is a mandatory for exchange daily with interlocutors in Europe and the US.
- Organized, rigorous, energetic, reliable, with the ability to manage multiple projects by managing priorities, with “never give up” positive and optimistic approach and perfect cross-cultural & cross-functional communication skills. Strong team player, with the ability to lead projects from A to Z
