L'agence DERICHEBOURG Interim et Recrutement de Toulouse Aeronautique recherche pour l'un de ses clients un(e) RESP. COMM. ET MARKTING

Contexte du poste : Environnement de travail, condition, etc.
Dans le cadre d'une augmentation temporaire de ses activités, Airbus Defence and Space recherche un(e) Operational Marketing Manager opérationnel(le) pour rejoindre l'équipe Space Digital Marketing, au sein de la Business Unit Connected Intelligence.
Le poste est basé à Toulouse et est à pourvoir du 5 janvier 2026 au 30 novembre 2026 (classe emploi F12).
La Space Digital Programme Unit agit comme un guichet unique pour les services spatiaux : imagerie satellite d'observation de la Terre, solutions géospatiales, connectivité sécurisée, systèmes intégrés et communications satellitaires.
Équipe & organisation
- Équipe marketing Geospatial composée de 10 personnes
- Profils présents:
? Chefs de Produits (stratégie produit & support aux ventes)
? Responsables Marketing Opérationnel (communication produit - poste recherché)
- Répartition géographique:
? Allemagne : 2 personnes
? Élancourt : 1 personne
? Toulouse : majorité de l'équipe
- Environnement fortement international avec des interactions régulières avec les États-Unis

Mission principale
Rattaché(e) à l'équipe Geospatial, vous pilotez la conception et la mise en oeuvre des plans de communication et de marketing opérationnel pour les produits d'imagerie satellite optique (ex. Pléiades Neo), en soutien direct de la stratégie business et des objectifs commerciaux.
Responsabilités clés
- Définir et déployer des plans promotionnels multicanaux (online & offline) alignés avec la stratégie marketing et commerciale
- Construire des messages à forte valeur ajoutée (storytelling) adaptés aux marchés, clients, segments et zones géographiques

**Votre profil**:

- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience minimum en marketing opérationnel (hors stages et alternance)
- Expérience significative en environnement international
- Anglais courant à bilingue (écrit et oral indispensable)
- Français courant requis
