About the Role
At Genoskin, we're transforming therapeutics, cosmetics, and consumer goods development through innovative human skin models and primary cells. We are seeking an engaging Marketing Manager to own demand generation, market visibility, and brand positioning. This role will work in close partnership with the Product Manager to translate scientific positioning into compelling value-driven marketing strategies and tactics, ensure successful product launches, and drive measurable impact on lead generation and sales growth.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the promotional and tactical components of go-to-market campaigns, increasing Genoskin's visibility in the biotech, pharma, consumer goods sectors, and delivering high-quality marketing assets that enable sales and strengthen our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market & Product Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Product Managers to define launch goals, milestones, and messaging.
- Translate product strategy and scientific insights into marketing campaigns tailored for target personas.
- Align marketing activities with product roadmaps to ensure successful and timely launches.
Campaign & Content Execution
- Build and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans tied to product launches and lead goals.
- Develop campaign calendars, content roadmaps, and tactical plans across digital, events, and PR.
- Execute campaigns including email, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, webinars, and trade shows.
- Create promotional content such as web pages, brochures, pitch decks, sales enablement tools, and videos.
Brand & Messaging
- Develop cohesive messaging hierarchies and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Adapt technical and scientific content into clear, digestible marketing materials.
- Monitor competitor positioning and campaigns to refine Genoskin's brand voice.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Coordinate with the rest of the team to manage the website content, structure, and performance optimization.
- Manage marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards.
- Track KPIs such as awareness, lead generation, campaign conversion, and ROI; adjust strategies as needed.
Events & PR
- Plan and execute product launch events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Manage event logistics, messaging, booth traffic drivers, and post-event lead follow-up.
Qualifications
- A dual academic background (Bachelor/Master) combining Life Sciences, marketing and communication.
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in biotech, pharma, or CRO services.
- Proven track record in demand generation and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively with Product, Sales, and Leadership.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Ability to write, edit, and communicate fluently in English.
- Ability to translate complex scientific/technical information into customer-friendly messaging.
