This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to high-level strategic projects within different departments and interact with senior leadership, including our CEO and other C-level executives. **Role and Missions - What you will do**: You will play a pivotal role in directly supporting our executive team on high-impact missions within the gaming industry. This internship provides a unique opportunity to work on strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional initiatives, contributing to the company's growth and success. More concretely your missions will be: - **Strategic Analysis**:Conduct in-depth market analyses on gaming/mobile gaming that will be leveraged for executive decision-making - **Communication & Reporting**: Build strategic materials, collaborate with teams for reporting, and represent executives in internal and external key communications. - **Operational Improvement Initiatives**:Lead the development and coordination of operational projects, ensuring direct, measurable impact on a dense business. - **Strategy & Operations**: Collaborate with executives and teams to implement operational improvements and support strategic roll-outs, aligning with company objectives **Requirements**: **Preferred Experience—What's your profile**: If you recognize yourself in the following description, you're the one - Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or similar, at a top-tier university. - Prior internship experience in Gaming, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Tech/Business field. - Excellent proficiency using Office 365 Software, particularly Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and possess strong analytical and research skills. - Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, are essential. - Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities. - Fluency in English is an absolute requirement, with proficiency in French considered a significant advantage. - Enrolled in a university that can provide an Internship Agreement and available for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris. **Benefits** **Our Culture - Who we are**: At Homa, we are building a community of brilliant talents.
